Job Description
Responsibilities & Authorities
1. Responsible for managing the sales, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence throughout UAE.
2. Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
3. Ensure that all customer specifications and other relevant details have been addressed in the orders/contracts and comply with respective ISO 9001 / ISO 17025 requirements.
4. Ensure timely receipt of payments/recovery of defaulted payments from customers and handle customer complaints.
5. Settle any disputes in the orders and ensure that customer is satisfied with the job.
6. Reports to Sales Manager in day-to-day operations and task.
7. Prepare proposal letters for contractors and clients.
8. Prepare an estimate and send Proposals/Quotations to clients.
9. Process orders and ensures delivery in time.
10. Managing overseas orders and shipments and ensures delivery in time
11. Assist the sales manager in planning, developing and executing sales & marketing strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
