Sales Executive - Water & Wastewater Treatment Equipment

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of water and wastewater treatment equipment and chemicals within the market locally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, strong technical knowledge of water treatment solutions, and a proactive approach to business development and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell water and wastewater treatment equipment and related chemicals across various sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to meet client needs. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and generate consistent purchase orders. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements. Report regularly on sales performance and market feedback.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience locally, specifically in water and wastewater treatment equipment. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with water treatment chemicals (e.g., polymers, hypochlorite). Must hold a valid driving license. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Offer Package:

Monthly salary + commission

Terms & Conditions:

A probation period of two months will apply, during which 80% of the salary will be paid. If no purchase orders are secured during the probation period, a company visa will not be issued, and the official employment contract will not be signed.
