Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the hotel's services to corporate clients, travel agents, and groups.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Sharjah area.
Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
Conduct regular client visits, sales calls, and follow-ups.
Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain client database and provide regular reports on sales activities.
Support the Sales Manager and team with marketing and promotional campaigns.
Represent the hotel at networking events and exhibitions as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of hotel sales experience in Sharjah is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized and target-driven with a customer-focused attitude.
Knowledge of local corporate and travel trade market is essential.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
