Job Description

JOB ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

Identify and target potential car sellers (individuals, dealerships, insurance, government offices, banks, and fleet owners) to bring their vehicles to auction. Reach out to new and existing sellers through cold calling, emails, and meetings to generate leads. Present the benefits of our auction platform to potential sellers and secure agreements to auction their vehicles. Negotiate pricing and terms with sellers, ensuring favorable conditions for both the sellers and the company. Build and maintain long-term relationships with car sellers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty from sellers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new selling opportunities. Monitor market conditions and make recommendations for sales strategies to the Sales Manager. Track progress and performance against sales targets. Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed promptly. Report regularly to the Sales Manager on sales activities and outcomes. Work closely with the marketing, auction and operations teams to align efforts and improve lead generation. Assist in promotional campaigns or events aimed at attracting more sellers to the auctions. Bring and list new sellers like banks, insurance companies, government authorities to our auction to sale their vehicles. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them. Set and achieve individual and sales team targets and ensure they are met or exceeded on a regular basis. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. Assist Sales Manager in various tasks as assign, Participate in regular meetings and briefings. Follow the company code of conduct and adhere with the company policy. Professional communication and coordination with all the staffs, and be flexible and ready to work as per your duty Schedule. Adhere to proper grooming and appearance standards as per company. Support the performance management process.
