. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of aluminum profiles, systems, and fabrication services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
Identify new business opportunities in the
construction and contracting sectors
, particularly aluminum works (facades, curtain walls, doors, windows, etc.).
Understand technical specifications and provide suitable solutions to clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with the production and technical departments to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on ongoing projects and tenders.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Attend site meetings, project briefings, and industry events as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Engineering, Business, or related field.
3-5 years
of proven sales experience in aluminum manufacturing or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of
aluminum systems, profiles, and fabrication processes
.
Familiarity with
contracting procedures
, project lifecycle, and tendering in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred:
Previous experience dealing with
consultants, contractors, and developers
.
Knowledge of
AutoCAD, technical drawings, or architectural specifications
.
Network of contacts within the UAE construction sector.
