Minimum 3 years in sales (preferably in the steel or construction material industry)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the steel trading market Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Prepare and present competitive quotations, proposals, and sales contracts Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery Maintain updated records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints professionally Monitor market trends and recommend new product lines or services Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager on progress and opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in steel industry sales Proven track record in achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong client relationship management skills Knowledge of the UAE market and existing client base in steel is an advantage UAE driving license preferred Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
