Based on experience + CommissionJob Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and quotations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in HVAC sales. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technical concepts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. UAE driving license (preferred). Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
