Being a big company, a sales associate is required to have strong communication skills, collaborative mindset and brilliant customer service. He/she must be able to understand the needs of the customers, narrow it down to the available products in the showroom. He/she should be have excellent product knowledge with a desire to improve personal skills

Experience in Interior design and Decoration is very important.

Building and maintaining relationships with high-end clients: The sales team is responsible for forming strong relationships with high-end clients to create long-term loyalty and repeat business. Providing personalized customer service: Must be attentive to the needs and preferences of each customer, providing personalized recommendations and assistance throughout the shopping experience. Meeting sales targets: The sales team is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the company, through effective customer engagement and sales techniques. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of the products, including materials, craftsmanship, and design, in order to effectively sell to customers. Upselling and cross-selling: Should be skilled at upselling and cross-selling additional products and accessories to maximize the value of each customer transaction. Merchandising and visual presentation: The sales team may also be responsible for assisting with merchandising and visual presentation of the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and engaging manner. Resolving customer issues: Must be equipped to handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner, maintaining a positive experience for the customer. Collaborating with other departments: May need to collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and inventory management to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Providing feedback: Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product performance, and other insights to help improve sales strategies and overall business performance.
