, your primary focus will be on selling off-plan projects in Sharjah & Dubai. You will be at the forefront of the real estate industry, specializing in these projects. Your objective will be to identify, promote, and facilitate off-plan property transactions, leveraging your expertise to provide clientswith lucrative investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Proactively engage potential clients and investors to understand their real estate needs and financial goals.
Market Research:
Stay current with the latest off-plan property developments and market trends in Sharjah & Dubai to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Property Presentations:
Create compelling presentations and pitches to showcase off-plan projects, highlighting their investment potential and unique features.
Client Consultation:
Offer expert guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions by providing in-depth market analysis and property comparisons.
Transaction Management:
Oversee the end-to-end process of off-plan property transactions, from initial contact to contract signing and beyond.
Networking:
Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders in Sharjah & Dubai to stay informed about new projects and opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 03 years of proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in Sharjah/Dubai, with a proven track record of successfully closed deals, particularly in off-plan projects.
Strong knowledge of the local Sharjah & Dubai real estate market, especially in off-plan developments.
Candidate must have their own active visa.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented mindset and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
