Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and contracts.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and trends.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Use CRM software to manage leads, pipeline, and sales data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Proven sales experience (1-3+ years), preferably in Metal Industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary: 3000- 5000 Aed
