Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with potential clients in the media and marketing industry.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and account retention.
Pitch tailored media and marketing solutions, including content creation, social media packages, and advertising services.
Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing.
Regularly update and manage the company's
CRM system
with lead status, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly
sales targets and KPIs
, with a focus on revenue growth and client acquisition.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align sales efforts with campaign strategies.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in media/marketing sales

Native Arabic speaker

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using
CRM tools
(e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Familiarity with

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in presenting and closing deals.
Fluency in
English
(written and spoken).
UAE driving license is a plus.
