This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share in the aluminum products sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients including contractors, consultants, and fabricators.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing product benefits and company capabilities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with customers.
Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market data using CRM tools.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the aluminum, metal fabrication, or construction materials industry.
Strong network in the UAE construction and building materials sector is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
