Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. The primary responsibility is to generate new sales orders, expand our customer base, and ensure timely payment collections. The role requires strong market knowledge in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, with an established network of retailers and wholesalers in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers to expand the company's client base. Generate sales orders and meet sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, supermarkets, grocery stores, and wholesalers. Follow up on payment collections and ensure timely settlements. Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs and competitor activities. Negotiate pricing and payment terms with clients while ensuring profitability. Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports on sales performance. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Stay updated on industry trends and provide market insights to the management.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of FMCG sales experience

in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. Strong network of retailers, supermarkets, and wholesalers. Proven ability to generate sales and achieve targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred. Native Malayalam, proficiency in Hindi, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
