Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join their Interior division. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Sales and Marketing within the joinery, furniture, and interior design industry. This role requires an individual with an established network of contacts within the Consultants, Developers, and Contractors sector. The candidate must be capable of driving business growth and be responsible for assessing market demands, adapting marketing strategies accordingly, exploring new business opportunities, and staying updated with market trends. A successful candidate should be highly analytical, proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about taking on new challenges.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company\'s sales goals within the interior division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Consultants, Developers, and Contractors, to generate new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use this information to make informed business decisions.
- Proactively identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities to expand the company\'s customer base and increase revenue streams.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust marketing strategies to ensure they remain effective and aligned with the evolving market demands.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and potential opportunities for growth to the management team.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in Sales and Marketing within the joinery, furniture, or interior design industry.
- A strong and active network within the Consultants, Developers, and Contractors sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
