Overall responsible for RSC & OEM Automotive segment in Abu Dhabi Emirate.
Being customer focused, as well as, protecting the interests of company.
Execution of company's policy and following defined processes to establish company's strategy.
Supervise error-free process from customer order placement till collection of the payments.
Maintain customer wise records of historical purchases, trends, communication.
Analyze customer offtake to improve the product mix for profitability and for regular long-term business.
Achievement of individual yearly sales objectives Volume, Gross Margin and Premium products.
Ensure the collection targets are met, on a monthly basis.
Quarterly review and reporting on overdue accounts with analysis, reasons and suggestions.
Identify, research, contact and convert potential key accounts as new business, based on yearly objectives.
Focus on having the strong portfolio of accounts that support any business downfall.
Develop new Service Center accounts in line with Company's objectives for the year.
Informed on the up-to-date knowledge about competitor activity in the assigned area of operation.

Business Development objectives, as defined in the EIA.

Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to positions roles and responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Knowledge:
Preferably who worked in Lubricant/ Tyre/Automotive industry
Skills:
MS- Office
Good Presentation skills
Analytical with the ability to attend to all the details
Effective Communication Skills
Experience:
3-5 Years relevant Industries experience.
Education:
Graduate in Engineering, Chemical/ Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering. MBA would be a plus
