Sales Executive - Plastic, Paper, and Disposable Products
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the plastic, paper, and disposable products industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building client relationships, driving sales growth, and understanding the unique dynamics of FMCG and wholesale/distribution in this sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the plastic, paper, and disposable packaging product categories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail/wholesale partners.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
Provide feedback to management on product demand, customer preferences, and market conditions.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in plastic, paper, disposable, or packaging products.
Strong network of clients within the FMCG, retail, or foodservice industry is highly desirable.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Fluency in English (Arabic, Malayalam, and Hindi are an advantage).
