Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the MEP industry.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the northern region within the MEP sector.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
