Role Objective:

The Sales Executive shall be responsible for: (1) achieving sales target set; (2) building business by identifying and selling prospects; (3) maintaining relationships with clients; and (4) discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Performs other duties as may be required from time to time by the immediate supervisor.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related field.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years direct sales experience in a reputable company.

Technical Competencies

Bilingual (English/Arabic) Valid Qatar Driving License holder Staffing and recruiting Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law or related legislation Employee relations and management Compensation Grievance and discipline

Behavioral Competencies

Good oral and written English communication skills; Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment; Multi-tasking abilities and detail oriented; * Good customer handling technique and strong customer service skills.
