Our client, a leading pest control company is looking to hire a Sales Executive for their office based in Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities:
Builds & manages relationships with clients in order to ensure client satisfaction, service excellence, as well as profitable account growth and maximization of sales. Communicates client complaints/disputes to management as required to maintain service satisfaction.
Conduct regular visits on existing clients\xe2\x80\x99 and maintain rapport as well as measure service satisfaction.
Follow-up and collect payment when needed.
Bears overall responsibility for client ownership and acts as first-point of contact in all interactions.
Coordinates with departments to ensure sales and service activities of respective clients are performed as per SLAs and scope.
Provides professional guidance, accurate information, and support to departments for carrying out the assigned services.
Ensures sales targets as well as KPIs are met as assigned/set by management.
Completes weekly and monthly sales progress reports.
Provides sales progress reports on time as instructed by management.
Communicates effectively and respectfully with customers and co-workers.
Follows company policies and promotes an environment of trust, respect, participation, teamwork, reliability, innovation and integrity.
Always maintains a professional image with formal wear when meeting customers.
Updating CRM daily on activities and reports directly to BD/Sales Manager.
Provides full client information and details to relevant colleagues within the company as per company policies and rules.
Actively searches and participates in tenders/RFPs while thoroughly understanding the scope requirements and coordinating as well as following up with the concerned departments for its on-time completion and submittal.
Education & other requirements:
Bachelor`s Degree in any disciple
Minimum 4 years outside B2B sales experience in the service industry. Pest Control, Cleaning, or Facilities Management is a must.
Effective communication skills and experience to prospect and generate new leads.
Solid history in generating and maintaining client accounts.
Valid UAE driving license.
Min 3 Years Abu Dhabi market experience and industry experience in B2B soft services is a must.
