We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of raw materials used in the Paint, Coating, Ink, Adhesive, Plastics, and Packaging industries and must be passionate about building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales of raw materials for Paint, Coating, Adhesive, Ink, Plastics, and Packaging industries.
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and new customers across the UAE.
Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers when required.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Coordinate closely with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in sales of raw materials for Paint, Coating, Ink, Adhesives, Plastics, or Packaging industries.
Strong product knowledge of raw materials used in the Coating industry (even if the candidate does not have a chemical background).
Applied Chemist or Chemistry background preferred; lab experience in R&D, QC, or Application Lab is an added advantage.
Must have knowledge of relevant customers in the UAE within Paint, Ink, Coating, Plastics, or Packaging sectors.
Preferred candidates from chemical distribution companies.
Candidates coming from R&D, Lab, or QC roles in paint, ink, coating, or chemical companies are also encouraged to apply.
Must have a valid UAE driving licence and own car.
Strong sales personality -- must be able to handle customer egos, build trust, and penetrate competitive markets.
