Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive with proven UAE market experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of the UAE market, and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, visit, and build relationships with potential and existing clients across the UAE. Promote and sell company products/services to achieve monthly sales targets. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up. Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE (mandatory). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of UAE markets and business culture. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Ability to work independently and handle field assignments. [Optional: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.]

Preferred Skills

Experience in [insert industry - e.g., FMCG, building materials, electronics, logistics, real estate, etc.]. Multilingual (Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages preferred). Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
