Position: Outdoor Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Outdoor Sales Executive

with proven experience in the travel and tourism sector in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be confident in face-to-face interactions, fluent in Hindi and English, and skilled at generating new business through proactive sales strategies and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-person visits to potential clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners Promote and sell travel packages, visa services, and tourism solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups Coordinate with the marketing team to support both field and digital initiatives Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets Submit regular reports on sales performance and client insights

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of

outdoor sales experience in the UAE travel and tourism industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the travel sector Fluency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of French (preferred), Arabic, Malayalam, or Tamil is a plus Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Tourism (preferred)
