We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven
Outdoor Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team in the shipping and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our logistics, freight forwarding, and shipping services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify new sales leads and generate business through outdoor client visits.
Understand customer requirements and offer tailored logistics solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate terms of service agreements and close deals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the shipping, freight, or logistics sector locally in Dubai.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
