We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic
Outdoor Sales Executives
to represent our brand and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers to generate business opportunities for calibration and engineering services
Promote and sell our range of technical services to clients across various sectors
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate service solutions
Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare daily visit reports and update client interactions in CRM
Collaborate with the technical and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in field sales, preferably in engineering, calibration, or industrial services
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented mindset and a proactive approach
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
Basic understanding of calibration/engineering services is a plus
