. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, promoting fire safety systems and services, and closing sales with contractors, consultants, facility managers, and government entities in compliance with UAE Civil Defense regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through site visits, cold calling, networking, and client referrals
Present, promote, and sell fire safety products and services (e.g., fire alarms, extinguishers, suppression systems, AMC services)
Maintain and develop relationships with key decision-makers including consultants, contractors, and facility managers
Understand client requirements and propose suitable fire safety solutions as per UAE Civil Defense standards
Follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations (UAE Civil Defense, etc.)
Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure proper delivery and support
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management
Attend exhibitions, seminars, and site meetings as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the UAE
Good understanding of UAE Civil Defense requirements and fire protection systems (preferred)
Valid UAE driving license
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Bachelor's degree and valid past work experience certificates
