Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve client queries quickly.
Build trust and long-term partnerships with customers.
3. Product Knowledge & Presentation
Keep up to date with product features, pricing, and promotions.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
4. Market Research & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and feedback to management.
5. Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients.
