The Executive Officer - Sales will support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets, managing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Focus areas include customer acquisition, retention, order management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and generate new business within assigned territories.
Manage customer accounts, monitor receivables, and ensure timely collections.
Coordinate inventory, orders, and approvals to meet delivery commitments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships using professional communication and IPP's digital tools.
Track sales activities and report weekly performance to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-5 years of relevant sales experience in
flexible packaging
, minimum 2 years preferred.
English required; Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital platforms.
Professional appearance and conduct.
