Sales Executive - Nursery Plants (Ras Al Khaimah)
Position Overview
A growing plant nursery in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to drive sales of nursey plants, indoor/outdoor plants, landscaping materials, and related products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about plants, confident in customer interaction, and comfortable traveling across the UAE to meet clients.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell nursery plants and landscaping products to retail and wholesale customers. Visit clients across RAK and nearby emirates using own vehicle. Build and maintain strong relationships with landscaping companies, contractors, garden centers, and walk?in customers. Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets. Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals efficiently. Coordinate with the nursery team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide after?sales support.
Requirements
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). Previous experience in plant nurseries, landscaping, agriculture, or outdoor sales is an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently. Good knowledge of common plants, trees, and gardening materials (preferred). Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah.
Compensation
Commission?based role with attractive earning potential.
