Sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities and features; developing and qualifying buyers, closing sales. This high profile sales role working with the acclaimed Nissan brand requires exceptional standards of customer service and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be able to maximize every sales opportunity and build long term business relationships with all the customers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales
Ability to solve problem and ultimately deliver sales results within the set time frames (Fleet & Retail). Achieve set targets 100% month on month.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly report to the sales management
Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade -ins ; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquires; recommending sales campaigns and promotions
Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interest; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport
Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, features and benefits best suited for their requirements; offering test drives
Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile and follow up
Requirements
Must have experience in the Automobile Industry.
