Job Brief
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to lead business growth for our Mobile Applications and Odoo ERP Solutions. If you have a strong background in selling ERP/CRM systems, digital transformation services, or mobile app solutions and enjoy helping businesses grow through technology this role is for you. You ll get to connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer smart, high-impact digital solutions that truly make a difference.
Responsibilities

• Find and build new business opportunities for Mobile Apps and Odoo ERP solutions across industries.
• Research markets to identify potential clients and create winning sales strategies.
• Present solution demos, proposals, and value-added pitches to top decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Finance, and Operations Leaders).
• Work closely with our technical and pre-sales teams to develop customised solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in ERP, mobile technology, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of successful experience in selling ERP/CRM, Mobile Applications, SaaS, or other IT software solutions.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP or similar systems is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Mobile App development (Android/iOS) and ERP implementation cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• An existing client network in Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, or Services is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
