KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Sales Executive - MICE, you will develop, executes and drives MICE segment strategy through the account base (DMCs, MICE TOs, tourism board etc.) assigned. Prepares action plans against existing as well as new target accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and uncovers new prospect accounts for acquisition through a variety of channels and sales tools. You will convert new accounts into loyal accounts through targeted sales activities, maximizing group but also catering revenues for the hotel. Plans and executes sales calls, site inspections, familiarization trips and client entertainments. Develops strong internal/external customer relationships.
As Sales Executive you will analyze and maintain business relationships/knowledge of customers, market trends and competition. Participates in regular business reviews and sales meetings. Provides progress reports to Director of Groups & Events and ADOS as requested. Monitors, collects and analyses data and communicates all information as required.
