We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Metro Travels, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling holiday packages (FIT & Group) and global visa services while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong product knowledge, effective communication, and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell holiday packages (FIT & Group) and international visa services. Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries and offering tailored travel solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective follow-ups and customer care. Achieve monthly sales targets and support the company's growth objectives. Stay updated with travel trends, visa regulations, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in the Travel & Tourism industry. - UAE Strong knowledge of holiday packages (FIT & Group) and global visa processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage client queries, follow-ups, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with travel booking systems is an added advantage.
