Sales Executive - Messina Line (Shipping/Logistics Industry) Our client, a leading company aimed in the Logistics/Shipping industry is looking for a Sales Executive - Messina Line for their Dubai division. Responsibilities:
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Correspondence, quotation and daily report to be submitted.
Regular Sailing schedules of Messina Line to be sent to the customer.
Client List/visit to be updated daily .
Import / Cross Trade Sales leads to be sent daily.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in relevant field.
2 to 3 years of sales experience.
Target per Salesperson is USD.75,000/- per Vessel revenue and 20 x 20\xe2\x80\x99 & 20 x 40\xe2\x80\x99 HC per vessel call. This has to be achieved without any excuse.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
