Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business for manpower and outsourcing services in
JAFZA and UAE
through
indoor
(telecalling, email, office visits) and
outdoor
(client meetings, site visits) sales activities
Pitch manpower services to target industries and secure new business
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Coordinate with operations and HR teams for timely deployment of workers
Maintain a structured database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Travel locally for client meetings (UAE driving license required)
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience in business development or sales in JAFZA or Free Zone clients
is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with UAE market dynamics and client expectations
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
