Sales Executive/ Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for travel services, holiday packages, corporate travel, and tour offerings. Identify, target, and secure corporate accounts, travel agencies, and high-value clients for both corporate and leisure travel services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, hotels, airlines, and agencies to expand the business network. Lead negotiations with clients and partners, prepare proposals and competitive travel package quotations, and close deals effectively. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to continuously refine sales approach and product offerings. Collaborate with operations, booking, visa, and customer-service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Track sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management. Mentor, supervise, and support the sales team, providing guidance to meet individual and team targets.

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or corporate travel services -- with at least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, closing corporate deals, and managing client accounts. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of travel industry operations -- bookings, hotel/airline contracts, visa services or corporate travel logistics is a plus. Ability to analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales-tracking tools. Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) or travel-booking platforms is a plus. Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Leadership skills, team-management capability, and a customer-centric mindset
