We're looking for a confident, motivated Sales Executive who can handle customer enquiries, convert leads, and manage day-to-day sales operations from the office. The focus is on communication, follow-ups, and closing deals for relocation and cargo services.
Here's the thing: while this role starts as an office-based sales position, we're looking for someone who can grow into a bigger responsibility. In the future, you'll be trained to visit customers' homes for surveys and volume assessments. So if you're someone who wants a long-term path, this role opens that door.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email
Provide accurate pricing based on customer requirements
Maintain daily follow-ups and convert enquiries into bookings
Update CRM/sales tracking sheets regularly
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for smooth job execution
Learn and eventually conduct home surveys after proper training
Requirements
Male candidates only
Minimum 1 year sales experience
Strong communication skills -- Malayalam, Hindi, English
Good negotiation and customer-handling skills
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn home-survey procedures in the future
