SQT Tourism is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Manager - Leisure Segment
to lead and grow our leisure travel portfolio. This role focuses on developing strong B2B partnerships, expanding our presence in regional and international leisure markets, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and exceptional client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the
Leisure and FIT (Fully Independent Travelers)
segment.
Identify and acquire new B2B accounts including travel agencies, tour operators, and DMCs across key markets.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups, presentations, and networking.
Promote
SQT's full portfolio of services
including holiday packages, visa services, chauffeured transportation, tours & excursions, travel insurance, and holiday homes.
Work closely with marketing to develop promotional campaigns tailored to leisure clients.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
Participate in travel trade fairs, roadshows, and industry events to represent SQT.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized support and 24/7 client coordination.
Collaborate with internal departments (operations, reservations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of client bookings.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years
of proven experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector, focusing on the leisure market.
Strong knowledge of UAE tourism products and regional travel trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
English and Arabic
required .
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong network within the tourism and travel agent community.
UAE driving license required.
