. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships in the wedding and event supply sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the wedding market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Job responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the wedding and events industry. Sell a range of consumable items such as wedding decorations, disposable tableware, party favors, and packaging supplies. Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event organizers, retailers, and distributors. Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively. Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads and promote products.

Requirements:

Proven 4+ years of sales experience in consumables, preferably in wedding or event-related products especially in Qatar. Strong knowledge of wedding/event trends and customer behavior. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Basic knowledge of inventory, billing, and CRM tools. Ability to travel locally to meet clients and attend events. Should have valid Qatar Driving License. Able to join in short notice period.
