Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in the Joinery & Interior Design industry. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of joinery & interior design industry, coupled with exceptional sales and relationship-building skills with clients.

Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the joinery & interior design sectors, including commercial & residential development projects and hospitality establishments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, clients, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers. Collaborate with the design and production teams to create customized solutions that meet client requirements and specifications. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Sales & Marketing) or related field. Minimum 5 - 7 years of proven UAE sales experience in the joinery & interior design industry. Strong understanding of joinery products, interior design solution and construction processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
