About the Role

Al Calily Jewelry, a prestigious name in fine jewelry, is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for jewelry and luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy.

Present and demonstrate jewelry collections, highlighting features and value.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including VIP customers.

Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store presentation standards.

Stay updated on jewelry trends, new arrivals, and product knowledge.

Support inventory management, stock checks, and reporting.

Requirements

Arabic speaker (Male or Female).

Proven sales experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or high-end retail (preferred).

Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

Presentable, confident, and professional appearance.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).

Must be available for immediate joining in Abu Dhabi.
