Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets (B2B or B2C).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
Understand client requirements and offer appropriate plastic products or solutions.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and customer feedback to management.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions as needed.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the plastic or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of plastic products, raw materials (e.g., PET, HDPE, PVC), and their applications.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Valid UAE Driving License
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with industrial clients, OEMs, or packaging suppliers.
Familiarity with injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, or thermoforming processes.
Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards in plastic manufacturing.
Work Environment:
Field sales role with regular client visits.
Office-based reporting and coordination with production teams.
May involve visits to manufacturing units, warehouses, and trade exhibitions.
