Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.
Market Analysis and Insights
Conduct market research to identify trends in coffee consumption, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer insights.
Recommend new product offerings or adjustments to meet market demand.
Product Knowledge
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's coffee range, including origins, roast profiles, brewing methods, and applications.
Educate customers on product features, quality, and brewing techniques.
Stay updated on global coffee trends and industry developments.
Order Management and Coordination
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor order status and resolve potential issues proactively.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales transactions.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention
Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
