Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned coffee sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and export markets. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Customer Relationship Management

Establish and maintain relationships with cafes, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and distributors. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable coffee products and blends. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support.

Market Analysis and Insights

Conduct market research to identify trends in coffee consumption, customer preferences, and competitor activity. Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and customer insights. Recommend new product offerings or adjustments to meet market demand.

Product Knowledge

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's coffee range, including origins, roast profiles, brewing methods, and applications. Educate customers on product features, quality, and brewing techniques. Stay updated on global coffee trends and industry developments.

Order Management and Coordination

Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor order status and resolve potential issues proactively. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales transactions.

Customer Satisfaction and Retention

Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally. Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and long-term partnerships. Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.

Sales Reporting

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, forecasts, and market updates. Track progress toward sales targets and provide updates to the COO. Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer data and sales activities.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with production and logistics teams to align sales with operational capacity. Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure smooth customer service delivery.

Continuous Improvement

Suggest and implement improvements in sales processes to increase efficiency. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and coffee product knowledge.
