Job Description
We are a leading consumer goods company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our products within their assigned territory, as well as developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company\'s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on sales performance within the territory.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
