1. Source, negotiate, and purchase IT hardware & networking products from local and international suppliers.
2. Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with corporate clients, resellers, and service partners.
3. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and invoices for client requirements.
4. Coordinate with the store, accounts, and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.
5. Identify potential clients through calls, emails, and field visits.
6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and product availability.
7. Manage customer inquiries and provide technical product information.
8. Work closely with the marketing and procurement team to plan promotional strategies.
9. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
10. Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM entries.
Required Skills & Competencies:
1. In-depth knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and accessories.
2. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to manage client relationships and close deals independently.
4. Familiar with brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, and TP-Link. Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent).
5. UAE driving license (preferred).
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
2.Minimum 2?5 years' experience in IT trading / hardware sales within the UAE market.
3. Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi advantage)
