Job Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record specifically in the

trading environment--buying and selling IT products.

Your primary focus will be on managing the complete sales cycle: sourcing products from local suppliers and distributors at the best possible cost and successfully selling them to our end customers. Experience in networking products is a valuable advantage for this role.

Key Responsibilities:



Sourcing & Procurement:

Actively identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local vendors and distributors to source core IT products (laptops, desktops, printers, servers, switches, etc.) at competitive prices to ensure healthy profit margins.

Sales & Business Development:

Drive revenue by generating new leads and pursuing sales opportunities through proven methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers. Understand their IT requirements and recommend optimal product solutions from our portfolio.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain expert-level knowledge of the IT products we trade, including specifications, market pricing, and competitive advantages.

Quotation & Negotiation:

Prepare and present professional quotations and proposals. Negotiate terms effectively with both suppliers and customers to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Market Analysis:

Monitor local market trends, competitor pricing, and product availability to make informed purchasing and sales decisions.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed agreed-upon monthly and quarterly sales targets and profitability goals (KPIs).

Networking Solutions (Advantage):

Utilize any experience with networking products (e.g., FortiGate firewalls, CCTV, access control systems, gate barriers) to address client needs and expand sales in this segment.

Qualifications and Skills:



Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of

hands-on experience in a trading role, specifically buying and selling IT products

(laptops, desktops, printers, etc.) is essential.

Procurement Skills:

Demonstrated experience in vendor management, price negotiation, and securing profitable purchase deals.

Technical Acumen:

Strong understanding of standard IT hardware and its applications in the business environment.

Networking Expertise (A Strong Advantage):

Practical knowledge of networking and security products is highly desirable.

Sales Skills:

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. A proven closer.

Self-Motivation:

A proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently.

Location:

Must be located in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
