Our client, a prominent name in landscaping design & construction is looking to hire a Sales Executive (Irrigation Turf and Landscape Products) for their office based in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
• Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts.
• Attend product training and develop an understanding of our communication infrastructure
• Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives.
• Establish contacts for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
• Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
• Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting.
• Track and document sales leads, customer service issues and general account status.
• Monitor changing market conditions; product innovations; and competitors\' products, prices, and sales.
• Knowledge of the Irrigation and Agriculture market and the ability to learn about Irrigation systems and Landscape Products with a minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
• A strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
• Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
• Closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement
• Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish report with prospects.
• Tech savvy, accustomed to ERP systems and used to using tech if and when necessary.

Education & other requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required.
• Minimum Two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience required in Irrigation / Agriculture product field sales.
• Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and growing sales.
• Candidates must have experience in Irrigation / Agriculture Products.
• Age Limit: 25 to 35 yrs.
• UAE driving license with own car.
• Most be proficient in Arabic & English language.

Salary: Upto 9000 AED

Working Hours / Days: 7.30am to 5.30pm / 5 days a week
