Sales Executive - IOT For Buildings and Homes Automation Location: UAE To strengthen DOTS presence in Middle East we are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with Clients. Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics Preferred) Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers for business growth. 1+ years of sales experience in Project Sales of BMS and ELV systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic would be a plus Have a strong track record in BMS business development and be capable of hitting the ground running, using current relevant clients and contacts to immediately win business. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
