We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and closing property deals.
Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on real estate leads
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings with clients
Negotiate and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update client information and sales reports regularly
Targets:
Monthly sales targets will be assigned
Performance will be evaluated based on closed deals
Salary and Commission:
Commission-only structure
High and attractive commission on successful deals
No fixed basic salary
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Working Hours:
6 days working per week
Office-based role at Internet City
