Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Executive to promote our services to startups and SMEs across the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships and has a strong understanding of the local business environment. You'll play a key role in onboarding new clients and will receive commission for each successful client engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in B2B services or consultancy) Familiarity with how HR services works, PRO services or business setup processes is a strong advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Strong networking abilities, particularly among SMEs, startups, and free zone businesses Self-driven with the ability to meet targets independently Knowledge of CRM tools or basic reporting is preferred Ability to present services professionally in client meetings or online sessions Passionate about helping businesses grow with the right foundation

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients (startups, SMEs, entrepreneurs) Present and promote Peak HR's and Consultancy services clearly and confidently Generate and follow up on leads through events, LinkedIn, and referrals Coordinate with the internal HR and consultancy team to finalize deals Maintain records of prospects, conversations, and sales closures Represent Peak Group professionally in networking events and business communities
