Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales for our interior design and custom furniture services. The role involves building client relationships, understanding their interior needs, and effectively presenting our bespoke solutions to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate and pursue leads for interior design projects and custom furniture sales.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed, accurate quotations and proposals in a timely manner.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation, closing, and handover to the production team.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, and property developers.
• Coordinate closely with the interior design and production departments to ensure client specifications are feasible and clearly communicated.
• Follow up diligently on proposals and maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and through professional channels.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and our product offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the UAE interiors, furniture, or high-end home furnishings industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local interiors market, materials, and client expectations in Dubai/UAE.
• Core Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in preparing quotes and using MS Office/CRM software.
• Personal Attributes:
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and persistent.
• Well-groomed and presentable with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
• Mandatory: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a strong advantage. Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle are required.
